What medical equipment can you accommodate?
- Walkers, manual wheelchairs and powered wheelchairs.

- No, our drivers are not trained medical professionals. Each will have a current BLS certification and a CTS certification.
What areas of North Texas do you serve?
- Check our Coverage Map
What is your cancellation policy?
- $25 if the trip is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the drop-off time
- 50% of the contracted total if the trip is cancelled less than 2 hours prior to the pick-up time.
Why do I put desired drop off time instead of my appointment time?
- Medical offices may ask you to check in before your appointment time. Also, you may request a ride that does not have an appointment time. When you submit your request, we will schedule your pick-up time after considering your pick-up and drop-off locations. We will also take into consideration the time needed for your loading and unloading based on your mobility needs.
Why do I only put my drop-off time and not my desired pickup time?
- Our driver will communicate with you to determine when you will be picked up based on pick-up and drop-off locations, traffic, road closures, and the needs of the passenger (ie. packing supplies, securing wheelchairs, extra passengers).
